In pursuit of its primary objective, FSL Software Technologies Ltd (hereinafter referred to as FSL) agrees to deliver
the agreed upon services, as declared in the “Contact Agreement”, to its customers at the time of purchase,
subject to the following Terms of Service (hereafter referred to as TOS).

The term "subscriber" is applicable for SaaS mode, i.e., Software as a Service, in which, the application as well
as data resides at a server maintained by FSL Software Technologies Ltd., whereas the
subscriber (customers and its users) access the application via a web-browser and are billed
based on a fixed periodic subscription fee.

In addition, the use of FSL's service(s) by a customer / subscribers. constitutes an unconditional acceptance of
and agreement to FSL's TOS. FSL Software Technologies Ltd reserves the right to change or modify the TOS at any time without prior notice.

You, hereby, acknowledge that you have read this agreement, understood it and agree to by bound by its terms and conditions.
You further agree that it is the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between us relating to the subject matter of this agreement.
